The Stenham Real Estate Equity Fund is a long-only, diversified real estate securities fund. Investment objective The investment objective of the fund is to deliver attractive long term total returns by investing in European real estate securities and to outperform its benchmark, the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe Index. Fund structure The fund is structured as an open-ended Guernsey Class B Collective Investment Scheme and is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. The fund is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
