Clearance Real Estate Equity Fund is a Cayman Islands  incorporated Mutual Fund and was launched on 1 March 2011.

Investment Objective 
The Fund’s objective is to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns through investing and trading in real estate securities across the capital structure.

Target markets 
The fund has a global mandate but a European focus.

Structure 
The Fund is structured as an exempted company with limited liability as an open-ended investment company.  The shares issued have been admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange.  The issue and sale of Shares is restricted to prospective Investors who qualify as "Professional Investors" within the meaning of the Financial Services Act and MiFID.  The fund is advised by Clearance Capital LLP.
