Clearance Capital is pleased to announce the launch of the Stenham Real Estate Equity Fund.

The fund is a joint venture with Stenham Property Limited and Clearance Capital will act as the investment advisor to the fund, with responsibility for investment management.

The fund aims to deliver long-term total returns in excess of its benchmark, the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe Index, by trading and investing in European listed real estate securities.

The fund is a Guernsey Class B Collective Investment Scheme, regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
