Launch of Karoo Investment Fund S.C.A. SICAV-SIF

Clearance Capital LLP is pleased to announce the launch of the Karoo Investment Fund, a Luxembourg incorporated specialized investment fund.
The Fund’s objective is to deliver attractive total returns from investment in Western European and North American real estate capital markets. The Fund focuses on significant single investments where there is an opportunity to add value through strategic management participation and balance sheet restructuring.
The fund will target real estate capital markets across the developed world with a particular focus on Western Europe, including the United Kingdom and Ireland, North America and Canada
The Fund is structured as a closed-ended Specialised Investment Fund organised as an Investment Company with variable capital in the form of a partnership limited by shares. The Fund is managed by Karoo Investments Sarl, which is in turn advised by Parkdev (Pty) Limited, Clearance Capital LLP and Stenham Property Limited. The Fund is listed on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
