Clearance Capital LLP is pleased to announce the launch of the Clearance Real Estate Equity Fund. The fund is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and is structured as an exempted, open-ended investment company. The fund will be managed by Clearance Capital (Cayman) Limited and advised by Clearance Capital LLP.

The Investment Objective of the fund is to generate attractive total returns on a risk-adjusted basis, from investment and trading in real estate securities across the capital structure. The fund will have a global mandate but a European focus. The fund has conventional long/short equity fund terms and characteristics.

Clearance Capital LLP is a specialist real estate securities investment manager with a particular focus on the core Western European markets. The launch of this fund builds on the well established real estate capital market expertise and coverage of the Clearance Capital team.
