Iain was also a director and member of the Investment Committee of Weston Partners Advisors and Weston-Atlas Advisors. He had previously been a founding member and executive director of Thynk Capital, a private equity company that had been involved in numerous joint ventures with RMB Ventures, the private equity arm of RMB. He was previously at Cadiz, a Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") listed financial services company, as an executive director for a year before the company listed and left to start Thynk Capital. Iain had spent 3 years as an institutional salesman at the stockbroking firm of Simpson Mackie (JSE listed), which he joined in 1985. Iain has a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Natal (Durban). |
