| Simon Bryant co-founded Clearance Capital LLP in 2008. Prior to that, Simon spent 5 years with Henderson Global Investors where he held the position of Head of Property Economics and Forecasting. Within this role Simon was a member of the Indirect Property Investment Committee and Strategist for multi strategy global real estate funds. Prior to that Simon spent time as a research analyst at CB Richard Ellis and the Bank of England. Simon is a CFA Charter holder and holds a Msc Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London. |
